I am simply your guide in waking up to it!
I created Awakened Momma because collectively women are waking up to deeper truths, deeper knowings. I believe if you’re still reading this, you can feel it too.
And in my experience, it is more than a feeling, it is a remembrance. It is a homecoming. A connection to the Sacred within.
And with this connection comes your immense capacity to create, to love, to live life fully aligned with your purpose, to experience joy, love and abundance on new levels. To experience your highest potential, your soul’s calling.
This has always been available to us but we forgot. Women once OWNED their unique gifts , they held positions of power, they were the access to wealth in their communities, but then this was stripped away. Our ancestors began to hide their innate feminine power, gifts, and wisdom out of fear, and it got erased from our history.
But you cannot fully erase what IS IN YOU!
Because this connection is always there. It is simply looking to be FELT, remembered, re-ignited. This is where your power lies.
And as more women wake up, as more women remember, as more women own their gifts and choose their own authentic path, the easier it is for others to say “YES” as well. And I believe that this will not only change your life, I believe this is what the world is asking of us.

These 10 weeks are designed to support you in aligning with your soul’s purpose, giving yourself permission to do what makes you feel alive, vibrant and radiant, and to create a life that truly feels magickal.
But we aren’t going to stop there because that is just a small piece of the pie. I see too many people stuck on the healing loop still not taking the action or following those big desires on their heart!
So, simultaneously I will guide you to connect to the Sacred within and then show you how to integrate this into your daily life. This is about grounding into your intentions and taking aligned and inspired action.

Every week there will be a new tool or practice to support your connection, expansion and integration. These are feminine embodiment practices, manifestation tools, deeper connection to soul purpose, and tools for healing blocks that are keeping you from getting into action, just to name a few!
Live group calls will be held twice weekly to accommodate multiple time zones. These calls are designed to further support YOU! Bring your questions, bring your vulnerability, bring your open heart. Integration is your best friend. Integration, being in action, showing up for yourself and your dreams in a way that feels aligned, is the BIGGEST gift you can give yourself. Every week we will practice the tools, discuss on our calls and then there will be ongoing support for integration. I said it above and it’s worth saying again, this is where the magick happens. Hi, I’m Jess!
I’m obsessed with supporting women in reigniting their own spark so they can shine the light they came here to shine in the world. Never in a million years would I have expected to be doing the work I am doing yet I couldn’t think of anything else that feels more TRUE!
And what a challenging and beautiful journey it’s been to get here.
I am a mom of 2 and I am highly ambitious. I actually quit my job one week before the pandemic to create and event business. You can guess how that went!
So, I became a stay at home mom overnight and while I was truly grateful to have the option to be with my kids something felt missing. I felt like I was giving everything to my family but I was struggling, bad.
I felt like a shell of myself. While I was with my kids ALLLLL day, I wasn’t really “with” them. I was checked out because I felt so disconnected from…me. Where was she?
I knew something had to change. I wanted to be the present, loving, patient mom that my kids deserved and I finally gave myself permission to put myself first, to fill my own cup in the benefit of everyone else.
So, I started waking up at 4AM because I knew that was the only time I wouldn’t be interrupted and I started a meditation practice. THIS CHANGED MY LIFE and sent me down a completely new path. Thank you Divine timing!
I became obsessed with manifestation, I finally started DOING the things I had wanted to do for years. I was in love with my life and with myself! I felt so good and I wanted to share this with every woman I possibly could because it had nothing to do with what we had been taught and even better, it felt easy!
This led me to become a transformational life coach but it has been through my own spiritual journey and Sacred feminine reclamation that I found the most magick. I didn’t learn about any of this when I was a kid, going to church on Sundays. WHY?! It’s so powerful and it’s so good.
I now feel called to support women in their own journey of rediscovering their own power through the Sacred feminine. I believe we all have our own unique and innate gifts and living a life aligned with our purpose is the key to living a life that truly feels joyful, fulfilling, abundant, and magickal!
